I am a Spirit. I have a Soul. I live in a Body. Think about it. You are not human. You are a Spirit, living in a human body. Your Spirit is connected to GOD. For me that changes everything.
My Spirit is connected to GOD. I am only in this body, so I can live in this world. When I die, my Spirit will go to Heaven. That changes my way of thinking. I want my Spirit to connect to GOD.
What I am grateful for:
I have hot water for a shower.
I have a Bible
I know how to read and write
I had something to eat today
My Bills are paid for the month
Daily Confessions:
GOD Loves me
I am the rightousness of GOD
I am protected by the blood of Jesus
I am not a mistake
Today is a great day, GOD is doing great things for me today
