Congratulations!!! You made it to Day 40. You have been reading the Bible for 40 Days. The number 40 is important to God. The Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years. The flood lasted 40 days and 40 nights.
You have finished the Book of Genesis and the Book of Matthew.
Are you keeping a journal? Taking notes? Hearing from God?
If you are reading the Bible everyday, praying and listening to God, your life has to be changing for the better. I know that my life, my days are always better when I put God first.

The path of righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light of the day
But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble.
These 2 scriptures show that if you are walking with God, your path is bright.
If you are walking with Satan, you are in darkness and have no idea why your world is so dark and miserable.
Proverbs 4;4
Lay hold of my words with all your heart, keep my commandments and you will live.
Proverbs 4:5
Do not forget my words or swerve from them.
Want a good life. Read the Bible, memorize scriptures and stand on the Word of God. Stop listening the world.
The Bible tells us exactly how to live and what to say. The choice is yours.
