The Devil Does Not Want You To Pray

Ever wonder why you are having a hard time praying and talking to God????

The Devil are doesn't  want you to talk to God.  He will put thoughts in your head and doubt what you are doing. 

You need to ignore thoses doubts and just pray.  There is power in pray and the only way to get that is to pray. 

Do not listen to the Devil when he is telling you that you are wasting your time, and that you are doing it wrong. 

God will guide you and lead you in the right direction if you pray and listen to God.

Don't let the Devil win.

God is with us, believe it or not.  He is right next to you.  He is waiting for you to reach out to him.  Things are happening in this world that you have no control over it.

We are in the End of Times.  Jesus will be coming to get us?  Don't get left behind.  Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior today.

Spend Time With God

Find the time to do something alone, where you can spend time with God.  Go for  a walk.  Sit alone in a room in silence.  Take a long hot bath and just breathe.

You need to spend time alone, to hear God.  Stop complaining and talking to God and take time to listen to God.  He might have something  to tell you.

I know you might think this sounds crazy, but I am serious.  I sit alone.  Some might call it meditation.  But my goal is that after I spend time reading the Bible, done praying, I sit in silence and listen.  Yes I do hear from God.  We all can hear from God if we are willing to hear from him.

Everyday you need to find some alone time and spend it with God, no matter what anyone else says or think.  Lock yourself in the bathroom if you have to.

God listens to you.  Don't you think it is time to listen to God?

Why Read The Bible

Are you reading the Bible with me?  The month of January is almost over.  Have you even opened your Bible this month?  Why is reading the Bible so important?

The Bible is alive.  The Bible is God's Word.  If you don't read the Bible how do you know what God is saying.  Why are you listening to others and not what the Bible says?

When I read the Bible the first time, it took me three months and that is all I did, and it opened my eyes and I started looking at things differently, and it changed my life for the better.

There are people who have never read the Bible and say they don't believe what it says.  Why do I want to listen to what these people have to say.  I want to know what God has to say.  I don't want to listen to someone who believes in nothing.

You have to believe in something or you are just going to be wandering around and the Devil is going to beat you down.  The Devil is real, whether you believe it or not.  God is real whether you believe it or not.

Who is in charge of your life, The Devil or God????

You need to READ THE BIBLE   Find out for yourself what God has to say.  It will change your life.

Trust God & No One Else

This week at work, I looked to God and no one else.  I prayed, quoted Bible Verses and did not tell anyone my problems except God.  I kept my mouth shut.

It all worked out.  The problem worked itself out and there was no yelling, no gossiping and no getting into trouble.  God took care of it.

I cast my problem on God and I put my faith in him and let him take care of it.  it all worked out, for now.  I know the Devil is not happy about that cause he will throw something else at me, to stir up trouble in my life.  I will not let him.

Something that I have heard, changed my life and the way I think:

My fight is not in flesh and blood.....it is in the spiritual realm.   Think about that. 

There are some things that you can not control.  What others do and say.  You have no idea what is going on in the spiritual realm.  God does.  So you can wine and complain and try to solve your problem on your own Or you can cast your problem onto God  and let God and his Angels do it for you.

This might be new way of thinking, but you need to change your way of thinking and believing.  God is on your side.

The Devil wants you to fail and make problems for you.

God wants to help you.  God is on your side.

Tell God Your Problems

I had a couple of  bad days at work.  I was so mad, but I didn't say anything to anyone.  I didn't complain, instead, I went to the washroom and prayed.  I talked to God first about the problem, and didn't say anything to anyone.

What happened even surprised me.  It all worked out.  I got over being mad and the problem was solved.  It was all God.

I don't even want to know what would happen if I complained to a co-worker or said what I was thinking.  That is not an option for me.

So the next time you are about to complain or spout off, think, think think, and then Talk to God.

It works for me.

God is the only one I can trust.  I put God first and talk to him first before anyone.  I have given my life to God, and therefore  my life is better than I ever thought was possible.

Angels Are Among Us

Do you believe that Angels are armong us?  I do.  I believe that there are more Angels in the spiritual realm than we can imange.  I believe that God has assigned us a few Angels to protect us when we are doing stupid things, and prevent things from happening to us that we have no idea about. 

god assigned us Angels to Protect us, wouldn't it make sense that the Devil has demons assigned to us to push us in the wrong direction and do the wrong thing? 

Psalms 91:  11  for he commands his Angels concerning you to guard you in all ways.

Angels are Among us. 

So God knows that we will have problems in our lives and he sent his Angels to guard us.

The Devil is out to ruin us and Angels are there to watch over us and guard us.

So don't think that you are alone in this world.  God is with you and will never forske you.  His Angels are here to do his work.

Pray.  Believe.  Listen to God.  Do Not listen to the Devil.

God's Angels are among us.  God is with us.  How can we loose?????

Think about that.  Everyone is always thinking of themselves, what has God done for me? 

If you stop thinking about yourself and start thinking about others, your life will turn around.  That is serving God. 

If you want to help yourself, help others.  You will feel better.  You are here to serve God. 

I know  that I am a nicer person cause of God.  I say thank you more and I am not complaining as much.

I started collecting money to give to The Brazil Mission Team and I feel better.  I feel that is what God wants me to do and I know that is not me.  It is all God.  I am a selfish, selfcentered person and I now find myself thinking of others and helping others.  Sometimes I think, who am I.  That is not me.  That is God.  I try to do God's work.  That is why I am here on this earth.  Do I want to help others?  No.  But God does and I am here to serve God. 

So maybe the question everyday should be Not what God can do for me, but what can I do for God?????
God will take care of you,

I am surprised at what I do now.  I am a better person because of God.

Brazil Mission Team Are Back

They were gone two weeks.  They were supose to go up the river, into the mountains, but the tribes were have problems with other tribes and the Brazil Mission Team were told it was not a good time to come.  Intead they went to a few other blogs down the river, and they said that it turned out very well.

This is something to think about.  One of the members of the team is a denist and he pulled 185 teeth while he was there.  Think about that.  These people have no acess to a denist and have to suffer with tooth ache till God sent someone to help them.  I just went to the denist, cause I cracked my tooth.  I wasn't in any pain, but I was blessed to have it fixed.

Also they said someone was sick and they went to where they lived and the man had a heart attack... The Brazil Mission Team saved his life.  God put them there at the right place and right time. 

So when you think you have problem...think of people who do not have the acess that you have.  We are so blessed to live in America.

Recieve Jesus Today

ROMANS 10:  9-13

That if you Confess with thy Mouth, Jesus is Lord,and believe in your heart that god raised him from the dead, You wll Be Saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified and it is you mouth that you confess and are Saved.  As the scripture says anyone who trusts him will never be put to shame.  There is no difference between Jew and Gentile and the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him.  for everyonewho calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 

Please say confess with your mouth, and accenp Jesus as your Lord and Savior.  When you do this the Holy Spirit will come and dwell inside of you and your life will never be the same. 
 
Please let me kow if you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and I urge you to start reading the Bible with me.  By the end of the year you will have read the bible and your life will be better for it.

Find Peace Within

Are you worried about everything?  Are you worried about the What If's during the day?  Do you live in fear?  Waiting for something terrible to happen?

God Is The Answer.

God is there for. 

God dwells inside of us.  We need to trust God and let him guide you.

Know God    Know Peace

No God  No Peace

I am sure that you have read that before, but that is the truth.  You need to trust God that he will meet all your wants and needs and will be there for you when you need him.

The Devil wants you to worry and be upset and do stupid things. 

God will guide you during the storm in your life.

God Is Taking Care Of Me

I hate winter.  I hate snow and ice....Yesterday I was at work and it started to snow.  Supose to get 2-5 inches.  I know in other parts of the country they get a lot more snow.  I understand that.  I hate to drive in snow.  

I know that God is taking care of me.  I know this because, it didn't start snowing till about an hour before I got off work.  The freezing rain passed us by so it was just snow.  When I did get off work, it was starting to stick to the pavement.  I made it home fine and I was off the next day.

I know that God did this so I got home saftely and I didn't have to worry about going to work the next day.  God took care of me.  So when I do go to work, the roads will be cleared and I will have no problem getting to work.

So no matter how small your problem is or how large your problem is.....God will take care of you.  You don't have to worry, cause God is there for you.

Your First Thoughts Should Be God

When you wake up, what are your first thoughts???    Is it about work?  About something you need to do today?  Is it dread?  Are you already stressed when you get up? 

Your first thoughts should be God.  When you wake up you should say....Thank you Lord or Good Morning God.   God is next to you.  He was protecting you while you were sleeping.  Your first thoughts should be God

I pray before my feet touch the ground.   I thank God.  I might quote a Bible verse.  Whatever you do,,,,it should be about God and everything else will follow.

God will help you get through the day and all the problems that may come up.

So before you go to bed and before you get up....Your thoughts should be about God.  Your day will be a lot better.

Thursday....Read   Job 10-13

God Sees To All My Wants And Needs

I feel like the Devil is pounding at my door and does not want me to write this blog or read the Bible this year.  I just wrote this blog, but it was on the wrong blog.....The Devil is doing his best to discourage me for doing God's work.

The past few months things have happened.

I came home and my bedroom was flooded, the hallway was flooded, the bathroom was flooded, and the kitchen was flooded.  At first I had no idea where the water came from....I made a few calls and then someone came out and got rid of the water and carpet.  God met my needs.  I didn't cry or complain.

My car made noise.  I needed some muffler work.  I got it fixed.  God told me where to take it and I had the money to fix it.  He met my needs

My took cracked in half.  I went to the denist and got it fixed.  God met my needs.

I had the money to get everything fixed and God told me who to call.  Yes it was stressful and not fun.  Going to the denist is never fun.

I din't complain.  I didn't call up my friends and complain to them.  I went to God first and he told me what to do.

The Devil wants you to complain...get upset and tell everyone about your problems

God wants you to go to him first.  He will tell you what to do.  He meets all your wants and needs.  So the next time something happens, take a deep breath and talk to God before you talk to anyone.

God's Covenant With Us

Genesis 9:1-17

What do you think when you see a RAINBOW????/

Are you surprised?  Think it is pretty?    It is a gift from God..

Monday the 17th  if you are following me in reading the Bible you will read Gen 8-11.  You will read about Noah and the Ark.

The Rainbow is God's Covenant to us that he will never flood the earth again.  I know that some people don't believe the story of Noah, and they are wrong.  For some reason in the past I have dated men that don't believe in God and everytime I would see a rainbow I would get excited and tell them the story of Noah and the Ark.  Even though they didn't believe that didn't stop me from telling the story and enjoying seeing the Rainbow.

As you read the Bible, and get excited about what you are reading, you will find people who will try to convience you that it is not true.  Do not listen to them, cause they are everywhere. 

Like I said, I dated unbelievers, but I never listened to them.  I prayed for them.   This is the second time I am reading the bible and I am very excited about it and will share my thoughts and how it effects my life. 
Everytime you see a Rainbow, thank God.  It is a gift from God and his Covenant with us.  If you never knew this, this is good news for you.  God is everywhere, you just have to be open to see his beauty and feel his prensense.

Evolution Or God

Have you read Gen 1-3?

Do you believe in evolution?  OR  God's Word

I believe God's Word.  In the Bible Genesis 1:1 Says in the beginning God created the heavens and earth.

What more do you need to know.  it makes me want to read more and see what else he created.

You need to know what you believe in and stand on the word, so when someone comes and tells you it is not true, you can tell them it is in the Bible and you will not budge from your belief. 

The Bible is God's Word talking to you,  The Bible is real and is alive. 

I won't argue with anyone, I will just tell them what is in the Bible.  So read the Bible along with me.  Find out what God has to say.

Old Zodiac Signs/New Zodiac Signs

I should say  No Zodiac Signs!!!  God said not to look to the stars or physics.....Look only to him.

Stop reading the horoscopes.  That is a sin againest God.  He says to the look only to him.

It has been in the news a lot about the new Zodiac Signs, and that they are a month off.  Man created the horoscope, not God.  People are all upset, cause they are looking for someone to tell them how their day is going to be like.

Start looking to God, not to the stars, signs or physics.

I do not read the horoscopes and if I am in the breakroom at work and someone is reading the horoscope, I will get up and leave.  This is a new year and should start looking to God and not the stars. 

So right now stop reading the horoscope.

Saturday the 15th:  Read Genensis 1-3  Start reading the Bible today, if you haven't started yet.  Read the Bible and start changing your life, it has changed mine.

The Devil Is Pounding At My Door

I am commited to reading the Bible this year.  I pray all the time and the Devil does not like it.  I took my car in to get the muffler fixed.  Two weeks later,,, I have to take my car back in the shop....Why didn't it happen when I had my car in the guarge the first time.  Then my tooth cracked and I have to go to the Dentist.  I know that it is the Devil.  I didn't get upset, cause I knew that it was the Devil.  I am still praising God and am thankful for everything he has done for me.

The Devil is pounding on my door and I am not going to let him in.  I am still looking to God.

Take time when you get up to read the Bible.  Take time when you get up and spend that time with God.  It will set the tone for your day.

I get up early and read the Bible.  I sit in silence and take time for God to talk to me.

I made this part of my morning routine.

I pray before I get out of bed.  I read the Bible and talk to God before I get on with my day.

What do you do when you get up???   Think about talking to God.  Start reading the Bible.  Make this year that God will change your life.

Life Is Good With God

Yesterday at work, I had to do something else than I usually do, did anyone tell me, no.   I found out the hard way and then I felt stupid.  Is it to much for them to just tell me?

Anyway, I went about my business and did my job.  Yes I was mad, but I was better off doing what I did.  I got over being mad and did my job. 

So if you go with the flow, and let God lead you, your life is good with God.  I know I get mad but I just need to look to God and let him guide me. 

Life is better with God.  What is the other choice?   So start rereading the bible.

This is the beginning of the new year.  What better time to start to read the Bible.  I know that is quite a task.  The first time I read the Bible, It took me 3 months.  I gave of tv and just read the Bible.  Now I am going to do that again.

Don't Let The Devil Win

Life Happens.  When something happens unexpected, do you get mad and emotional?   

I do.  An hour a go, I was eating some chips, I broke my tooth.  I was a bit upset.  Now I have to go to the dentist and that will cost more than I want to pay, but if I want to keep my teeth, I will have to go to the dentist and pay the bill.

  I stood in the middle of the living room and yelled this at the Devil:

Devil, you are not going to seperate me from GOD....I am going to get my tooth fixed and and will get back what you have taken from me 100 fold.  You are not going to win.  I rebuke you Devil and you are not going to win.

I felt better.  I beleive what I said.  I put God first.  He will make it right.

God makes all things work for good, for those who believe.

So when something happens to you, don't get all upset.  Look up to God, He will help you get through it. 

Don't let the Devil win.  That is what he wants.  He wants to ruin your life.

God will help you, if you turn to him first.

I Thank God Everyday

I am so grateful for everything I have.  It is all God.  He has blessed me, in more ways that I can explain. 

I filled my car up with gas yesterday and I thanked God while I was filling my tank.  I had money to buy gas. 

I went to work and thanked God that I have a job, though somedays I don;t like my job.

I came home and thanked God that I had a place to live and that the furnace worked, so I could stay warm this winter.

I payed my bills this month and I thanked God I had the money to pay my bills.

Everything I have is because of God and I let him know how grateful I am for him

Have you thanked God today.  Think about what you have and then give praise and thanks to him  It is all God.

Never Give Up

God is with you.  God knows that you will make mistakes.  You just need to pick yourself up and move forward.  What other choice do you have? 

We all fail.....Problems at work.....Personal Problems.....We need to pick ourselves up and move forward. 

The Devil wants you to fail.  He will do everything he can to make you fail.

God wants you to succeed.  Failure is not an option, cause then the Devil will win.

 Jesus died on the cross for you.  You have God on your side.

Talk to God today.  He is on your side.

God Has A Plan

Ever wonder what you are supose to do???  Get married...Take that Job......Move in with friends......Follow that crazy dream you have had for years??????

How do you know what you are supose to do????What is the right decision?????

God has a plan for you....You may not know what it is, but he does....that is why you need to talk to God and Listen to God.

Ever get that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you are going to do something, you know is not the right thing to do???  That is God tell you to stop and rethink your decision.

Ever made a decision and you have feel good about that decision and have peace with it.    That is God telling you that all is good.

You need to ask God befoe doing anything and listen for his answer.  You may not hear his voice, but a feeling will come over you and you will know.

Everyone can hear from God, he dwells inside of you. 

God has a plan.  His plan is better than ours..Trust God.

Helping Others

Did something good happen to you today?   Do you feel lucky?

Have you ever thought of doing something nice for others???

When something good happens to me, I look to do something for someone else that day, even if it to say Thank You.

I try to do something nice for someone everyday.  I try to say Thank You as much as possible and if someone has a nice shirt on, I tell them I like it.  Even the smallest things can make someone feel better.  If you can help your neighbor or co-worker you will be rewarded, You will be doing God's Work That is why we are here.      To Do God's Work.....

We are not here for ourselves.  We are here to serve God and to do God's work.  Once you start thinking of others, your outlook will be different and you will be grateful for what you have and will want to help others.

So if someone needs help and you can help them,,,think before you walk away......you would want someone to help you when you need help....wouldn't you??????????

God Loves You

You Are Not Lost

Do you feel lost?  Have no idea what to do?   Feel like you have no direction?

The answer is God.....You are not lost.  God knows where you are at.  God knows what direction you should go.  All you have to do is ask.

Seek God first before making a decision and listen for an answer.  You may be surprised what the answer is.

God will never leave you nor forsake you. 

You are not alone, even if you feel alone, God is with you.  Believe it and feel him surround you with his love.

Take God With You

Before you go anywhere today, don't forget to ask God to come along.  Whether it is going to work, or errands or a trip, ask God to join you.

I went on a short road trip and before I went I asked God to come along and protect me.  I would rather have God with me, than the Devil.

Ask God to come with you all day all and thank him for everysmall thing that happens to you.  You find a good parking space, you didn't get stopped by the police, even though you were speeding.  It is all God.

So when you are about to do something, ask God to tag along....Your expereince will be better for it.

God loves you

I am Blessed

God loves me.  I know that cause the Bible tells me so.  He will never leave me nor forsake me.  This is a new year.  I plan to make the best of it. 

I will put God first in everything I do and thank him for everything I have, no matter how small or large, I will thank God.

I have a job, my computer works, my car works.......Look around you are blessed.  No matter where you are in life, that is where you are supose to be.  Start thanking God for the smallest things to the largest things, and you will have a great year.

I am excited about this new year and see what God has planned for me.
