Mark 6:46

Jesus sent the disciples ahead of them, and Jesus went up the mountain to pray, when Jesus came down from the mountain, he saw them toiling, in rowing (48)  Jesus went out and walked upon the water.  When the disciples  saw them they were afraid, Jesus said, (50)  Be of  good cheer, it is I be not afraid.
Jesus got into the boat, calmed the waves and the disciples were amazed. 

If Jesus is in your life, Jesus tells us, Be not afraid..
