Day 60 Listen To The Word of God and Believe

I find the Book of Numbers boring. I am sure you do also. I still read it, because I want to read the Entire Bible and not just what I think might interest me.
If you do not read the Entire Bible, how will you know what is in the Bible? How do you know what God wants you to know?
So Numbers 4, I have read but to be honest it is boring, and that is okay. Read it anyway and move on.
Chapter 4
Talks about the Kohanthites, The Gershonites and the Meratites.
With all this DNA, tracing your roots and where you come from, wouldn't it be interesting if you discovered that you came from one of these tribes?
Once we become Born Again, we are a new creature in Christ and have the same DNA as Jesus does. We come from God.
The Old Testament is important, because that is where we came from. We did not evolve from apes or monkeys. We were created in the image of God. That is why it is important to read the Bible. Society does not want you to know who you really are. A child of God.
So read the Book of Numbers, and every book in the Bible. It is the Word of God. God Breathed Every Word that is in the Bible. It is for you to read, and believe.
Don't listen to the World, Society or Satan.

As in Matthew, Mark re-accounts the death of Jesus
Jesus was the King of Jews.
Mark 15:2
They asked Jesus if He was the King of Jews
Jesus answered, Thou sayest it.
Jesus had done nothing wrong, but they were out to kill him, because they do not like what he represents, God.
Think about what is going on today. People are getting killed, jailed and persecuted because their belief in Jesus.
Jesus was being killed because His belief in God.
Nothing has changed over the centuries.
Jesus was willing to be kill, sacrificed for us.
We are now being asked to be killed, jailed and persecuted for Jesus.
Jesus died for us, all of us. It does not matter where we live, how much money we have or what we do. God loves us all.
The question is are we willing to stand up for Jesus?
These are the last days, before Jesus returns. Are you ready?

In Mark 14
Jesus knew that He was going to the Cross. He was human, and was not thrilled about that, so he went Gethsemane to pray. He told his disciples in Mark14:34
My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death; tarry ye here and watch.
Jesus walked a bit fell onto the ground and prayed in Mark 14:36
Abba, Father, all things are possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless, not what I will, but what thou wilt.
Jesus goes back to his disciples and finds them sleeping. Jesus says in Mark 14:37-38
Sleepest thou? Couldest not thou watch one hour?
Watch ye and pray, lest ye enter into temptation. The spirit truly is ready but the flesh is weak.
Jesus went back and prayed, when He returned, they were asleep again.
How often does that happen to you?
God tells you to do something, and you don't do it.
God comes back and tells you again, and you don't do it.
Why is that?
The spirit is willing and the flesh is weak.
That is why we need to read the Bible everyday. We need to get our Spirit Strong in the Lord and in His might.
That is why you need to read the Bible everyday. Talk to God Everyday.

If you have just started reading the Bible, that is fine also. The important thing is that you read the Bible everyday and keep your focus on Jesus and God's Ways.
Numbers is a book of numbers, as your already figured out. Moses took a census in the beginning of the Book of Numbers and at the end of the Book of Numbers.
Numbers might be a bit boring, but it worth a read. The Israelites followed God out of Egypt. God parted the Red Sea for them to cross. God fed them manna from Heaven. God was cloud during the day to protect them from the heat and fire by night to keep them warm. Still, The Israelites still complained and even made a golden calf to worship when Moses went up the mountain to speak to God.
We can learn a lot from the Israelites. There walk to the Promise Land was suppose to be a few days walk, but it took them 40 years to get out of the desert and into the Promise Land. Why, because they complained, grumbled and didn't have Faith in God.
Sound Familiar? We do the same thing today. We say that we believe and trust in God, but still we complain, grumble and don't trust God.
So as you read the Old Testament, do you see yourself doing some of the things the Israelites are doing?
So it is important to read the entire Bible, even though some parts you might not find so interesting, but later, you will.

Have Faith In God
The sun is shining, even though it is 15 degrees outside.
I am still thankful that God is the center of my life.
I wake up every morning, giving God Thanks and Praise for what He has done for me and has given me.
I quit my job a year ago. I walked away from a job that had good benefits, five weeks paid holidays and vacation and sick days, health insurance and a job that didn't take much thought. I worked there for 27 years.
While I was at work, I would look around at my co-workers, and wonder why I was here. What was I doing to enhance the Kingdom of God. I was working for a paycheck. I was not working for God. The company had been good to me. I do not regret working there, but God had placed on my heart that I needed to focus on my writing. The gift that God has given me.
I was tired and knew that I needed to write more, but I wasn't.
So a year ago, I quit my job, trusted God, and walked into my future with God.
Last year I published This book Buy Now
I also wrote a Novella that will be publish once it is edited. I am working on a longer Novel.
So why did I walk away from a good paying job with no certain of the future? Because the Bible says HAVE FAITH IN GOD.
Who do you trust? Your Job or God?
Everyone of us has an assignment form God.
The question is are you going to fulfill that assignment from God, Before the Rapture?
Listen to that small, quiet voice within you.
Pray
Talk to God
God will tell you what to do.
It is all about the relationship you have with God.
God is all that matters.
Jesus is Lord.
Lord over all
Every knee will bow to the Name of Jesus.
You don't have to quit your job to full fill your assignment from God.

We All Have A Testimony
Revelation 12:11
And they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimony and they loved not their lives unto the death,
We all have a Testimony. We all have a story of how and why we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior. The world needs to hear your story. Your co-worker, neighbor, lady behind you at the story or the man that is begging for money. There are people that only through you will they ever have the chance to meet Jesus.
What are you doing with your Testimony?
Are you telling people?
Have you ever told your Testimony to anyone?
Have you told your children or just hoping they will figure it out themselves?
What about your wife or husband, ever wonder why they are not saved? Have you told them your testimony?
These are the Last Days. Jesus is coming sooner than you think. Don't leave anyone behind. If you are Born Again and accepted Jesus as Your Lord and Savior, You should be telling everyone.
I know it is not easy. I totally get that. Yet we all have a Testimony to tell.

First Fruits: Bring the first grain of your harvest to God. (Tithing)
Feast of Weeks: From the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, count off seven weeks. Count off fifty days to the day after the Sabbath and then present an offering of new grain to the Lord
Day of Atonement: Hold a sacred assembly and deny yourselves and present an offering made to the Lord, by fire. Do not work on this day.
Feast of Tabernacles It lasts for seven days. Seven days make offerings to the Lord by fire.

If anyone curses God, he will be held responsible. Anyone who blasphemes the name of the Lord must be put to death.

Do you use the Lord's name in vain? Do you say, Oh my God? Jesus! Oh my God, everyone uses, in movies and in everyday language. Even Christians say it. It is a sin against God. Throughout the Bible, God says, do not use my name in vain. Think before your Speak.
Mark 10:10
Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her and if she divorces her husband and marries another man, commits adultery.
Divorce is not acceptable to God. Once you are married, you will always be married in God's eyes.
Mark10:6-9
From the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.

Is God telling you something to do? Are you doing it? Reading the Bible will give you the strength and wisdom to do what God has called you to do. We all were created for a purpose. Read the Bible, listen God's quiet voice within you and God will guide your steps. We are children of God.
Leviticus 18
Tells us exactly what are Unlawful Sexual Relations. If you have any doubt about sex and who and what you can have sexual relations with, read the 18th Chapter of the Book Leviticus.

Get thee behind me, Satan: for thous savourest not the things be of God, but the things that be of men.

As I read the Bible, I am surprised that God tells us how to live and what to do. Then people wonder why their lives are in such a mess. It is because people do not read the Bible and if they do read the Bible, they are not doing what God tells them to do.

For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders
thefts, covetousness , wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness , an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness
All these evil things come from within and defile man.
The world around does not make you evil, it is what you let get inside of you, in your mind, and then comes out of your mouth and actions.
It is important to be careful who your friends are, what you are doing, reading, watching on tv or on your phone and video games. You may not think it is harmless, but once you let evil things into your life, mind and mouth, evil comes out.

Jesus got into the boat, calmed the waves and the disciples were amazed.

Day 46 Why Read The Book of Leviticus

Leviticus for me, is a hard Book of the Bible to read. It is how to live a Holy Life. This was before Jesus, so God gave the Israelites rules to follow.
So I this day on the reading schedule is Chapter 13 of Leviticus I don't have much to say. I am just a regular person reading the Bible this year, So as your read this chapter today, it is about what they are to do with skin infections and diseases.
Every Book of the Bible is Holy and important, but I have to admit the Book of Leviticus and the next Book of the Bible is Numbers. That is another Book of the Bible that is, may I say boring to read.
God put these Books in the Bible, so we must read them, someone out there, might understand more about the Books than others.
So I urge you to read the entire Bible, because it is God Breathed Word.

Is all about clean and unclean food. I think this is so important due to the Corona Virus, the Flu, Ebola and Food Poisoning. People eat whatever they want and wonder why they are getting sick. Read Leviticus 11 more than once. Are you eating the way God intended us to eat?Leviticus 11:2
you may eat any animal that has a split hoof completely divided and that chews the cud.
Leviticus 11:7
The pig though it has a split hoof completely divided, does not chew the cud and is unclean to you.
Leviticus 11:9
You may eat the creatures of the sea that have scales and fins.
Think next time you are eating, what does the Bible say about about what you should and should not eat???
Mark 5: 27
When the woman heard of Jesus, she pressed through the crowd and touched Jesus's garment. She said, If I just touch His garment, I will be made whole.
That is faith. She was sick and had nothing to lose. She had faith in Jesus and Jesus healed her.
Mark 5:34
Jesus said, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace and be whole of they plague.
Have faith. Without Faith, God cannot move in your life

The way to receive the Blessing from the Lord, is to sow the Word, Hear the word, receive the Word and the Word with bring forth The Blessing.
If you do not read the Bible, The Word of God, you will not be able to be blessed.
It is not enough to go to church every Sunday, sit there and then go home. You have to read the Word, see the Word. Don't rely on someone who calls themselves a preacher. You go home and read the Bible and see if what the Preacher says is in the Bible and is true.
These are the last days. The Bible warns us that there will be false teachers, that will try to deceive God's people. The Anti-Christ will rise and try to deceive Believers. Don't be deceived.
Sow the Word in your heart, in your mind and in your heart. You are the only one that can do that for yourself. You mom can't your wife or husband can't, only you can sow seed, (the Word) into your life.
Continue to read the Bible everyday. Focus on Jesus. Have Faith In God and Believe no matter what is happening around you. Don't be deceived.

Day 43 Think About What You Are Eating/ Corona Virus

You must not the blood of any bird or animal.
God has told the Israelites what to eat and how to eat. In Leviticus 11 God talks about Clean & Unclean Animals to eat.
You might think that the Old Testament is outdated and has nothing to with us now, look at what is going on in China and around the world. The Corona Virus. There was unclean meat at that wet market in China. God makes it plain what to eat and what not to eat. The Corona Virus is what happens when we do not listen to God.
In Genesis God gave Adam and Eve only Seed Bearing Plants to eat.
It was not until after the Flood, did God tell Noah that he could eat animals. Hundreds of years have past between Adam & Eve and Noah.
We were not created to eat just anything we want to. The Bible makes it clear what we should eat and not eat.
Think about that before your next meal.

The Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against Him on how they might destroy Him (Jesus)
Jesus was not doing anything wrong, but Religious people didn't like what Jesus was saying and doing, and right away, they judged him and wanted him out of the way.

The Book of Leviticus is about: How to live a holy life. This helped distinguish the Israelites as God's people.
After Jesus came, these laws didn't matter much, because it was more of what is in your heart.
So the Book of Leviticus might not make sense, but it does to the Jews and some laws should still be used today. It is important to read every book of the Bible, even though it might not make sense to you now, but later it will. We are descendant of The Jewish People. Jesus was Jewish.
Mark 2:27
The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath, so the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.
Again, Jesus talks about the Sabbath is was made for us. It is important to our well being to observe the Sabbath.
Jesus is our Healer. Jesus took our sins on the cross 2,000 years ago. You were healed 2,000 years ago, you are healed now. Take your Healing Now!
You are Healed By The Stripes Of Jesus.
Jesus healed people wherever he went. Why don't you think he won't heal you?
You are healed. Start acting like you are healed. Go to work, talk like you are healed. You are Healed By The Stripes Of Jesus!
Matthew & Mark talk about all the Healing that Jesus did, wherever He went.
Read and Reread how Jesus healed people, he will do the same for you.

So the Book of Leviticus might not make sense, but it does to the Jews and some laws should still be used today. It is important to read every book of the Bible, even though it might not make sense to you now, but later it will. We are descendant of The Jewish People. Jesus was Jewish.

The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath, so the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.
Again, Jesus talks about the Sabbath is was made for us. It is important to our well being to observe the Sabbath.
Jesus is our Healer. Jesus took our sins on the cross 2,000 years ago. You were healed 2,000 years ago, you are healed now. Take your Healing Now!

Jesus healed people wherever he went. Why don't you think he won't heal you?

Day 40 Proverbs The Book of Wisdom
Congratulations!!! You made it to Day 40. You have been reading the Bible for 40 Days. The number 40 is important to God. The Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years. The flood lasted 40 days and 40 nights.
You have finished the Book of Genesis and the Book of Matthew.
Are you keeping a journal? Taking notes? Hearing from God?
If you are reading the Bible everyday, praying and listening to God, your life has to be changing for the better. I know that my life, my days are always better when I put God first.

Day 39 Rest On The Seventh Day

These are the things, God commanded you to do.
Exodus 35:2-3
For 6 days, work is to be done, on the 7th day shall be your Holy Day. The Sabbath is rest for the Lord. Do not light any fire in your dwelling on the Sabbath day.
Again, God tells His people not to work or to even light a fire on the Sabbath. We are to nothing but rest on the Sabbath, but how many really obey this command? I am guilty on this one also, I believe we all are.
Observing the Sabbath is not just about going to church. Think about how many Christians go out for lunch after church, are rude to the waitress? Christians are the worse tippers and the rudest customers.
We are to nothing on the Sabbath, No cooking, shopping, driving. we are to stay home and worship our Lord and rest.
So if you are tired, stressed and too busy, it is your fault, not God's fault.
God tells us to work 6 days and rest on the 7th.
This world is not doing what God has commanded.
In the United States of America, stores are open 24 hours a day. People work around the clock. They are stressed, sick, broke, and exhausted, but it is their own fault.
They are not living the way God has commanded us to live.

Corona Virus Is God Telling Us Something
Leviticus 11
Meat you can eat:
You may eat any animal that has completely split hooves and chews the cud.
Fish must have scales and fins.
Things you can not eat:
No shellfish, like lobster, crabs or oysters
In the book of Leviticus make, s it clear what to eat and not eat.
Yes, this comes from the Old Testament, but they did not have all the sickness, viruses and diseases
Today, man will eat anything. Look what is happening in the world today.
The Corona Virus is spreading around the world, and Governments don't seem to concern. People are still flying from China to other countries. Governments are telling us not to worry, as people are die everyday.
In China they sell all types of animals out in the open. Was this what God was trying to tell us? We are not eating what God told us to eat.
Might want to start reading the Bible, and start living the way God tells us to live.
This type of virus will always be around, because the world has turned their back on God.
Revelation lists the 7 Plagues
1.Ugly painful sores poured out onto the people with the Mark
2. Turned the sea into blood and everything in the sea died.
3. The rivers and springs turned into blood
4. The sun scorched people from the sun
5. The world plunged into darkness
6. The great river Euphrates dried up.
7. Great earthquakes

Jesus was Crucified on the cross. His Body was broken, He shed his blood. Jesus died and on the 3rd day, Jesus rose from the dead.
Our God is alive. Jesus is alive.
This is what Christians Believe.
The only way to get to Heaven is through Jesus.

Day 65 Are You Grateful For What God Has Done In Your LIfe?

The Israelites were never happy. That is why they wandered in the wilderness for forty years. They were not faithful to God.
Do you ever feel that you are just going in circles and wondering why things are not working out for you? Wondering why everything is going wrong? Think about what you are doing and what you are saying?
Numbers 11:1
And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord; and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were int the uttermost parts of the camp.
The people cried out. Moses prayed and the fire was quenched.
They saw the power of God and still they complained, even though, God was giving them everything. Still they complained. Are you complaining and not grateful for what God has done for you?
Numbers 11:4-6
The "mixed" multitude that was among them, fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept (complained) who said, "Who shall give us flesh to eat?"
We remember the fish, that we ate in Egypt, the cucumbers and the melons, the leeks and the onions and the garlic,
Now our soul is dried away; there is nothing at all, except this manna before our eyes.
God provided Manna for food, still they were not happy. They haven't been happy since they left Egypt. No matter what God did for them, they were not happy. Are you like that? Never happy, always complaining?
Because they were not happy with what God was doing with them, God said this:
Numbers 14:20-23
The Lord said, I have pardoned according to thy Word.
But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the Glory of the Lord
Because all those men which have seen my Glory, and my Miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness and have tempted me now these then times, and have not Hearkened to my Voice;
Surely they shall not see the land which I sware unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it.
Numbers 14:33
And your children shall wander in the wilderness for forty years, and bear your whoredoms (Unfaithfulness) until your carcases be wasted in the wilderness.
That is why a three day walk into the Promise Land took 40 years. They were not listening to God.
Are you listening to God.
The Israelites were not grateful for anything that God did for them.
Most Believers are like this. They are never happy with what they have, they always want more or something else.
Next time you go to church, listen to how they talk. Are they complaining about work, their family, talking about sickness. Are they praising God or just complaining.
Time to check yourself or you will be wandering around waiting on God and God will not show up.

Jesus showed his disciples how to take communion.
Jesus took the bread, and Blessed it, broke it and handed a piece of bread to each of the disciples and said, "Take it; this is my body. (Represents his broken body on the cross)

Jesus took the cup, gave thanks and handed the cup to His disciples and said. "Drink all of this, because This Is My Blood, of the new testament, which is shed for the many remission of sins"
(The wine that was in the cup, represents The Blood of Jesus, which He shed for us)
Communion is very important and nothing to be taken causally. When you take Communion it is between you and God. You are taking the bread, remembering Jesus's body on the Cross. You take a drink of wine, any juice will do and remember that Jesus died for you, shed His Blood for you. You are remembering what Jesus did for you.
Religion and Church has made Communion something that can only be done at church and only at certain times of the year. That is religion talking.
You can, and you should take Communion everyday, and remember that Jesus died for you. If you need healing, Jesus bore your sickness, take communion. If you have a need, take Communion, because Jesus died for you, and you need to remember that everyday of every minute and of every hour of everyday.
You can also buy a Communion Kit, that contains, crackers, a special cup, etc. It is a way the church can make money.
Communion is between you and God. Don't let Religion get in the way.
I take Communion everyday, and then sometimes I don't. and that is okay.
When I take Communion, I take a small piece of bread, and whatever kind of juice I have in the house. If I have no juice, I use water. I pray the Words, Jesus said, I do what Jesus did, I bless the bread. I break the bread . I drink the water and remember that Jesus died for me.
Communion is just between you and God.
Take Communion, with your family, friends or co-workers. You don't have to be in church to take Communion and see your life change as you get closer to Jesus and know what He has done for you.
