Day 273 Never Be Ashamed To Spread The Gospel

Day 273

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 9-10
2nd Timothy 1

Starting a New Book in the Bible:  2nd Timothy

2nd Timothy 1:8-10

Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord
Nor not of me his prisoner
But be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God
Who hath saved us and called us with an holy calling
Not according to our works,
But according to His own purpose and grace,
Which was given to us in Christ Jesus
Before the world began
But is now made manifest by the appearing to our Saviour Jesus Christ
Who hath abolished death and hath brought life and immmortality to light through the gospel

Day 272 Lay Hold on Eternal Life

Day 272

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 7-8
1st Timothy 6

Jeremiah 7:1-3
The Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying:
Stand in the gate of the Lord's house, and proclaim there this word and say
Hear the Word of the Lord, all ye of Judah
That enter in these gates to worship the Lord
Amend your ways and doings and I will cause you to dwell in this place

1st Timothy 6:10
For the love of money is the root of all evil

6:12
Fight the good fight of Faith
Lay hold on eternal life
where unto thou art also called
and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses

6:18-19
That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute,
Willing to communicate:
Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come,
That they may lay a hold on eternal life

Nothing in your life is more important than your relationship with Jesus.
Jesus should be first in your life, before your spouse, children and family.
Put Jesus first and everything else will line with.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light

Day 271 Why Do You Not Believe In God?

Day 271

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 5-6
1st Timothy 5

Jeremiah 5:7
How shall I pardon thee for this?  Thy children have forsaken me and sworn by them
that are no gods:  when by them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled
Themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

Jeremiah 5:12-13
They have belied the Lord, and said
It is not he; neither shall evil come upon us,
Neither shall we see sword nor famine:
And the prophets shall become wind
and the word is not in them:
Thus shall it be done unto them

Throughout the Old Testament, people have seen what God has done, yet they still turn their back on God?
That is what Satan wants us to do.  Turn our backs on God.  On generation will believe and have a good life, the next generation will rebel against God and have a terrible life.

The United States of America was founded on God's Word, the Bible.  The Pilgrims came to America so they could worship in their way.  Now 244 years later, America is on fire, because America has turned their backs on God, and Satan is starting to have control over America.

God is the same today, yesterday and tomorrow.  All we have to do is turn to God and do what His Word says to do.  It is that Simple.  God is Love.  Love Is God.

Don't let Satan win.

God said all we have to do is Believe in the One He has sent.
Believe in Jesus.  Follow the teachings of Jesus.
Just Believe.

Day 270 Do Not Be Deceived By Satan

Day 270

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 4
1st Timothy 4

1st Timothy 4:1-5

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter times, some shall depart from the faith
Giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils;
Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron
Forbidding to marry and commanding to abstain from meats,
Which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of which believe and know the truth
For every creature of God is good and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

These are the Last Days

People will leave their faith for false doctrine

Do not be deceived by Satan

Day 269 God is With Us Always

Day 269

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Psalms 108-109
Proverbs 23:29-24:22

Proverbs 24:13-14
My son, eat thou honey, because it is good
And the honeycomb, which is sweet to thy taste:
So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul
When thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward
And thy expectation shall not be cut off

24:16
A just man falleth seven times and raiseth up again
but the wicked shall fall into mischief

No matter how many times we fall, we must keep getting up.  God is with us, but He can not help us if we do not get up, and have faith in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Day 268 Our God Is A Merciful God

Day 268

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 3

In Jeremiah 2:11-11-12
My people have exchanged their glorious God for worthless idols!
The Heavens are shocked at such a thing.

Jeremiah 3:11-12
And the Lord said unto me,
The backsliding Israel hath justified herself more than treacherous Judah
Go and proclaim these words toward the north and say
Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the Lord; and I will not cause
Mine anger to fall upon you;
For I am merciful, saith the Lord and
I will not keep anger forever

God wants us all to REPENT  and turn back to God.

God is a merciful God.  Jesus died on the Cross for our sins

We are already forgiven.  Our sins are washed away by the Blood of Jesus

We just have to Repent and focus on what Jesus has done for us.

Day 267 God Will Talk to Us, If We Are Willing To Listen

Day 267

Daily Bible Reading Schedule

Jeremiah 1-2
1st Timothy 3

Starting a new Book of the Bible Jeremiah.  Jeremiah is the writer of this book.  He writes down all the prophecies the Lord has given to him on scrolls.

1st Timothy 3:16
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness :
God was manifested in the flesh
Justified in the Spirit
Seen of Angels
Preached unto the Gentiles
Believed on in the world,
Received up into Glory.

Jeremiah 1:4-5
The word of the Lord came upon me, saying
Before I formed thee in the belly
I knew thee
and before thou camest forth out of the womb
I sanctified thee
I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations
