Excatly what does that mean?
For me it means that if I am totally alone. I am not alone.
GOD IS WITH ME EVEN WHEN I IGNORE HIM
Think about that.
When you think you are totally alone. When you think that you totally messed up, GOD still loves you and he is with you.
You are not alone.

God will meet you where ever you are at.
